Coach Spooner and the freshman boys basketball team. This team was the biggest one he's coached in his career.
Tonight we had Tyler's basketball banquet. He received a certificate of participation and a certificate of "Excellence in Academic Achievement." The SLHS boys basketball program (9th-12th) carried a 3.0-3.24 gpa during the season. It was so neat to see all the boys being recognized for their achievements on and off the court. They are a good group of kids and I've enjoyed watching them all season long.
